Now, the last texts that Garrison Brown sent to people in his life are coming out.

TMZ says that these text messages are what made his mom, Janelle Brown, ask one of his brothers to check on him at home in Flagstaff, Arizona. It was too bad that Garrison had already died by the time his brother got there.

He sent a message to a group of people his family worked with, according to TMZ. “I want to hate you for sharing the good times,” the text said. I can’t, though. “I miss these times.”

When Janelle saw the message, she sent Garrison her own text message. For the police, she said that she and Garrison had a “brief” talk before he stopped talking to her.

That’s when she called some of his siblings and asked them to go check on him.

Sadly, Garrison’s roommates told police that they “heard a pop on Monday night” but didn’t know it was the sound of a gunshot the night before his brother came to do the welfare check.

During their interviews with the police, the roommates said that they did not check on Garrison after hearing the noise. Garrison was found by his brother the next morning, when his brother went to his house.

He was found with a gun, according to TMZ.
