MINI CASTELLA CAKE

Mini castella cake is a tasty dessert that is light and airy.

YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS :
40 gr butter

70 gr milk

40 gr honey

5 egg whites

110 gr sugar

5 yolks

Vanilla extract

120 gr flour

HOW TO MAKE MINI CASTELLA CAKE ?

Mix the melted butter with the milk and honey.

Mix the egg whites and sugar together, and then add the yolk, vanilla, and flour. Mix 4 tablespoons of the batter with the butter mixture, and then combine everything. Pour the batter into the mini molds and bake for 7 minutes at 320°F (160°) and 15 minutes at 300°F (150°).
